Return & Replacement Policy

We don’t have any trial/return option. Be known about the product before submitting order. Please don’t submit an order on a guess. Confirm your order knowing the size of the product. For your wrong information regarding size of your product, we cannot change your product. If it occurs by our mistake, then you will get replacement.

For the customers of Dhaka, you have no Return Policy. You have to check your product before the leave of delivery man. After leaving of delivery man, no complains aren’t granted. For example, if you say – your product is spoiled, broke or torned after getting product, till then delivery man if left, then your complains aren’t taken. Because you are given good product. So receive your product checking carefully. If you find any problem, contact our hotline infront of   delivery man. If any fault is found before the delivery man, then exactly that product will be replaced.

For the customer of outside Dhaka, after reaching your product at your address, you have to receive your product from “SA Paribahan/Sundarban Courier Service” within 3 days. The day when you receive the product, exactly that day, you have to inform us by contacting our hotline and send us the photo of your cash memo and the product at our email address. Otherwise, your complains aren’t granted and if you don’t receive your product within 3 days, then the product will be returned to us.
